The notorious Petworth House of Correction was built in the late 18th century to deliver 'short sharp shocks' of hard labour and solitary confinement to petty criminals. The building no longer exists but if you look on the wall of the parking bay next to the disused Court House you will see re-used bricks inscribed with the names of prisoners.
To log this cache you will need, as the password, the year which is clearly carved into one of the bricks.
