Swindon is steeped in locomotive history, and wherever you happen to be in this, one of the UK’s largest towns, you will never be far from something to remind you.
The coordinates will take you to the shop side of a very muggly underpass. If you are visiting the town for shopping in the centre, and have parked in one of the main multi stories, you most likely will not have had need to pass under this. On the opposite side to the shops there is a quiet(ish) area with picnic tables and an interesting sculpture.
