Found this cache last Sunday, but box is broken and no longer watertight. Log remains, but nothing else in box

I found another cache nearby - presumably listed on the other site - but not this one. I thought at first that it would be amongst rocks at a relatively high elevation, given the title, but the coordinates led me to a lower patch of vegetation. No luck there either though.
