It hasn't been found for a long time but just in case anyone is considering it, please be aware that the nearby car park is a walk in covid testing centre.

Well the CO already knows about my exploits here as she turned up ask was setting up.

I went on to do the nearby tree-o-cache and spent longer chatting to the locals than it took to set up and climb.

One grumpy old woman moaned "... There's even a wheelie bin up a tree in Biggin Wood....." I kept schtum.

Thanks

In South London today, and this cache was one of the main reasons smile. Meeting up with Wizbit100, I arrived first but as usual could not spot the cache from the ground. Wizbit then arrived and it took her longer than usual - but then this is a very tiny cache and it is a fair way up! It was not at all easy to see!

We put the line up high so that we could swing over to the cache. Using equipment in such a public place attracts a lot of attention, and several people spoke to us, including one lady who needed the services of some tree surgeons! With everything in place I went up first, it's at a medium height but being close to the trunk it was quite an easy climb. I brought the log book down and Wizbit followed me up to replace it; it was the first time I'd seen her use her new arborist harness.

Another TOP CACHE geocoin for the c/o (visit link for details).

Thanks for the cache,

Rgds, Andy

First to find at 1437. Thought I was going to run out of time here. Lots of people showing interest but not too much. Just arrived with throwcube as did not bring bigshot today and found myself here quite by chance.  I had looked earlier but failed to climb.  Today was windier but I was more up for it.

Threw line until almost out of time then finally finally had a throw in a useable place. Is there time??

I was up and down in 12 minutes so I was very pleased with that.

This is is a great tree and location well chosen.  It is certainly high enough and awkward enough to be a challenge to all climbers but easy enough that newbies can try.  They’d be pushing themselves though I reckon.

Anyway great cache. No more recommendations to give but great.  Thanks for placing.
