This was my sixth and final Opencache of the day. Heading back towards the car now using a zig zagging type route visiting as many geocaches as I can. Its been a while since i was last here-I think for a letterbox probably 20-30m away.
Not a bad day so far but glad that a lot of todays locations are behind me now and not still in front!! An absolute miracle that I never punctured the featherbed just below here as I skirted the river in search of a crossing place..Phew!! TFTC

Had a day at Okehampton. This one was the furthest I've got to. The crossing over the water was far too high for my not too waterproof shoes. The dogs made it easy.
When I came to GZ I was wondering if I had it right. Then I saw the hint, Spoiler, oh dear, no reception. I followed the GPS and my cacher eye found the hiding spot.
No back up the hill and another to have another look at a DNF from this morning. TFTC

A quick find on a detour from Mr Bb's solo walk into the north moor of nearly 13 miles.
Signed the log and carefully replaced the cache as found.

Thanks Ed, both of us together at this point, and a very straightforward find here. Maintenance run and siting a few, also a few Open Caches, not really in to it, but it gave us/me a walk today, which turned out to be 8.50 miles.

I hadn't realised that I was FTF on this one until I looked at the logs just now. Sorry to be so late in logging this. And I nearly missed the cache too as I felt all around the host except where the cache actually was. Got there in the end though. I love this location and have camped here in the past, but just out for the day this time. And a beautiful day of bright sunshine and blue skies. It was actually quite sultry down in this tight little valley. Thanks for the cache!
