In the Foggintor area with my caching buddy nealyburnett (NB) who had this cache on her radar.   While I rested on a rock after our exertions around the quarry, NB pottered up the hill and returned with the cache, which she will be moving to a new location on Dartmoor.

This was a surprise find on our walk today had not noticed this one so a lucky find . Our third time trying to do a walk which we had planned o long time age ,it has just been too cold for a walk the wind was the problem so today it was really nice little wind and some sunny spells. 

We left the cache where we found it .

Buster's choice

On our way back to the car at Bellever after the Sittaford Tor meeting.

Will place somewhere else tomorrow. Not worked out where we will go yet.

i spotted this new moving cache on my c:geo while planning my annual new year's day outing to Fur Tor, but for some reason I did not then make it part of my route plan.  Ed-Don, however, did, and as I teamed up with him, dave.johnson and High Mountain Wanderer for the return trip to Postbridge after the event, I got to share in the [FTF] spoils.  Credit to DJ for the find and ED for moving the cache on.  

Out and about on the  NYD annual Vur Tor meet of cachers and letterboxers on a reasonable misty with occasional rain day, but very warm and very very wet underfoot!

I’ve claimed my ftf joint cache with dave.johnson, Ed Don and Boxhunter1991, whist sloshing across some pretty rough terrain today, after here it was a hop skip and jump across the Waterfall and back to Postbridge! 

Hopefully it won't be living here for another 6 months...

Under a stepped rock

{FTF} with Dave Johnson, High Mountain Wanderer and BoxHunter1991. It has been 6 months since this one was published and yet no visitors. A plan was hatched to combine a trip here with the event at Fur Tor on NYD 2022

As expected the good-sized cache is in excellent shape. The hide was a nice one too but the container has since been moved south.

TFTC and a FP

FTF . This was one of only a few caches on my must do list today-- We (Ed, Boxhunter & HMW) planned to come this way on the return walk from Fur Tor. It did involve a slight deviation from the shortest route in order to cross the East Dart up near Kit Rocks. Nice cache Nick- all in good order and moved on by ED.. tftc
