Out in the area today for some outstanding "important" geocaches. Came past here and, of course, have to find it.

About a week ago a plan was hatched to have a loooong overdue walk with dixie_gooner. We decided to go for a Dartmoor stomp and grab a few caches around Shavercombe Brook

About a week ago, NSCR and I agreed to get out on Dartmoor for a long overdue walk. The biggest difficulty was deciding where we would go. We eventually decided to head out towards Shavercombe. We parked up at Gutter Tor, a place where I have parked and cached from many times, but there are always more to find each time.

We spent a little while trying to match the spoiler picture up. Eventually, Nick went in the right direction, and I immediately recognised the rocks and guided him into where the cache was.

Not been here for a while and the walk over reminded me of Stenga Tor in that, like that tor this one seems close from a good way away and doesn't seem to get any nearer as you walk towards it!  Nice to get back here and nice to find the cache without any problems.  Many thanks for this one.

Its been a while since I have been to Hen Tor, its good to re-visit it again.  Cache was located without any problems. Many thanks for placing.

This was a reasonable easy find whilst walking in from Rook Gate exploring the Plym Ridge area for some caches and letterboxes on a better than forecast sunny but windy day! 
It’s been alooooong time since I’ve visited this cracking tor, my first visit being for the original letterbox in 1977, with a unique jubilee stamp being our reward!!

One of my top tors of all time. Pleased to be back again and able to locate this little beauty.. cache in very good order.. moved on the geoKrety thingy. It was great views today-- I could see swaling over on Ringmore.. TFTC 

Out caching around here this afternoon after today's event with Ed Don...must admit for some reason we made hard work of this one and it took us a while to line things up even though the coords are perfect ! Surprised to find a blank log for us to sign our names on ..many thanks

{FTF} with CharlotteJones199. This was by far and away the trickiest hide of the day despite the coordinates being very accurate. We needed the spoiler picture and still spent some time trying to get everything to line up correctly. After replacing the cache as found (how long will it be until the next visitor?) we spotted two walkers approaching from the south. I met them both again when crossing Ditsworthy Ford with my boots off and trousers rolled up above the knee.
