What cheap parking in Saltash, 20p for a hour Smile Like others, have driven over this bridge lots of times but never walked and so never really had the opportunity to look at the railway bridge that closely before. e-mail sent, TFTC.

I driven over the bridge hundreds of times and been under it on both sides of the river but today was the first time I've ever walked on it and it certainly bought home to me the sheer scale of the thing.  Enjoyed the views of the rail bridge, now that certainly is a feat of engineering, I'd be intrigued to know how much is original and what is later strengthening .  Thanks for getting me out here on foot.  Email sent

Found this cache on a beautiful sunny day.  I coudn't manage to get myself and the brildge in the photo so took a pic of the bridge and my GPS.  Pic will follow when I work out  how to reduce resolution.

First time I've been on this part of the bridge. I was fine until I stopped walking and felt the bridge moving (ever so slightly) with the weight/vibration of the traffic - Totally un-noticeable whilst walking, though.

We came out this morning to find a  few of the local Opencaches. I had actually taken the picture required for the Navicache quite a while ago but having checked, it seems I didn't log it at the time. This time I had Mrs S with me though so I took her picture with the railbridge. Thanks for this oneSmile
