My first ever Opencache!

After picking up the nearby (non-Open) traditional, I looked over the bridge towards the site of the farmstead and took a photo or two.  Then I walked back to my car through the drizzle.

This evening I did the necessary research and sent my answers to the CO.  Fascinating place!

FTF!!! (Well, if you ignore GMAU and the Salford Archaeological Project).

My first educache, and a VERY interesting lesson in local archaeology - I have driven past this place many times, but never realised what lay just by the side of the road. Stopped at the secondary co-ords (Had BabyFerret with me, so needed to park up rather than walk) on a dismal grey day.
