Found today by DP+ALM after lunch at the Boar's head.

Happy to support an alternative caching site. I assume its the same paper log for both websites!

A planned break from my journey from Oxford to Preston gave me the opportunity for a sunset hill climb in this beautiful setting. Almost as if to congratulate me, the second I returned the log to the cache container somebody far to the South West started setting off fireworks (barely audible from this distance, but definitely visible from this altitude!): I must be doing something right! TFTC.

I was somewhat chuffed to spot this cache mentioned in passing in an online log on that frog based website as also loggable as an opencache ... so, an unexpected bonus log, and only my second ever opencache find.

A pleasant enjoyable walk to GZ (the path is not slippy at the moment) with great views , and a neatly hidden cache.

A very nice little caching wander, thanks again !

Yay, my first open cache.

I was first bought to the attention of opencaching whilst sat in the final chamber of the lasciate geocache.

Someone pointed down to the hanging rope heading further into the depths of hell and explained to me about the hardest cache in the country called il nono cerchio. Which is an opencache.

So I became hooked.

I set up an opencache account and a check shown this to be my nearest one. So I went to log this today to see if all works well.

An initial problem with logging into my account but gladly I managed to get in once back home.

So this is my first open cache. Cheers. And two for the price of one signature, as I've logged it as a geocache too.

Thanks for the opencache!!

I'm trying hard to be the first to get to 200 OpenCache finds, but having done most that are anywhere near me, I'm finding it difficult to make it "over the line" Smile.  So today I couldn't waste an opportunity while driving up the M40 to the NEC.

I did get into some trouble because I forgot to tell my wife before we set off, and she hadn't brought any suitable footwear, so I made the short walk up the hill by myself.

Neat little cache. Shame about the lack of a view today, the mist and cloud hid most of it, but I imagine it's very nice when the sky is clearer.

Thanks for the cache,

Rgds, Andy

First To Find as an OpenCaching listing!

Easy find.

Well I have found it previously as a Geocaching.com listed cache.

Well worth another visit.

Question, Who, and when, was the trig (white)washed?
