I was up here to get Wales's First Geocache and saw that this cache was here to be found. Just shows how many people use opencaching!

Parked here to do the 'First in Wales' (geocaching.com) cache .... and then visited bench on way back to car (just as a rain shower started).
Fantastic views up here today.

The others did this virtual the day before the Pen Y Fan walk - I did it the day after . On Saturday night I stayed in a B & B in Abergavenny, and came here on Sunday morning.
What a difference a day makes. Yesterday there was a freezing gale at Pen Y Fan, the toughest conditions in which I've ever been out walking. Today on the Blorenge the temperature was still -8 degrees, but the sky was clear and the breeze gentle - it was a lovely morning.
A quick find here - it must have been trickier in the dark. And I got the better view .
Thanks for the cache,
Rgds, Andy

Found as part of a warm up to the Walk around Pen Y fan event the next day. The answer was soon found once we'd brushed the snow off the bench!
Thanks for placing this cache.

Found while walking the Iron Mountain Trail. We spent the day visiting places featured in Cordell's Rape of the Fair Country. A lovely day to be out, and quiet up here too.
This is a great location that well deserves a cache (and a lot more visits).
Many thanks,
Pete, Will and Bob.

Great having a chat with you back to the cars and letting me know about your OC caches & Keepers Pond
What a great setting with excellent views on a sunny but cold windy day.
I do hope OC goes from strength to strength and more are placed with more cachers on OC
Thank you for this virtual, my first on OC

Left my PDA in the car and assumed I needed the information from the grave. Doh! I don't visit this hill very often, but I'm sure I will be back at some stage. Let's hope it's before the 20th anniversary of Geocaching.
An interesting spot, which I have vistited a few times before. Must bring a friend next time, who is a horse racing nut.

Hey-ho First to Find @ 8;30.
Been here many times before - have yet to sit on the bench!
Good place to see the extent of the recent fire.
