This is my third visit to try this one.

The first time I did not have the spoiler photo, it was late in the day, and there just seemed too many places to search, especially as it was in 3 dimensions.

The second time I did have the spoiler, but only as a photo on my Oregon and in bright sunlight it proved to be of little use. Not only that but it was extremely windy and it al seemed rather precarious.

Back again today during our week on Jersey I came better prepared with a printed spoiler, and with the knowledge of a fairly recent find (by a cacher who I had coincidentally met doing a virtual cache on a railway station near Frankfurt just 10 days ago, during the Mainz Giga event weekend).

Today the conditions were much more comfortable and I could search without fear of being blown off. Even so the spoiler seemed little use at first, until I concentrated on the background in the photo to adjust my search to the required vertical position. Once there I realised that the foreground matched the photo as well, but vegetation growth ment that was not obvious at first.

As the previous finder says, the cache is in excellent condition and looks like it was placed very recently.

We had heard that there was an Opencache on Jersey from a previous finder so really wanted to visit whilst on a short trip to the Island from our home in Cornwall. We have been lucky enough to have found caches by the same CO back in Cornwall and have always enjoyed them and this one was no exception. We parked as suggested at Les Platons and followed the lower coast path down to Jersey number One (another great old cache on the other listing site) and along the stunning coast up to La Belle Hougue. The dramatic nature of the coastline and the colour of the sea reminded us of home, but the warm conditions and glorious sunshine certainly didn't! We had brought our lunch with us and the rocks above GZ seemed a great place to eat it. So, whilst Suzi 'laid the table' and looked after our geohound, I scrambled down to the cache. Although it has been here for a good few years now, it was in superb shape - totally bone dry inside and still full of great swag, which we left in place as we didn't have anything good enough to trade. No worries - we were just pleased to see it and enjoy the great views from GZ so left with big grins on our faces and perhaps a bit of lunch too [;)] It's only now that I'm logging this that I realise that I forgot to take a photo of the cache even though Suzi took lots of pictures whilst in the area. Many thanks for another awesome cache Phil - Hope to see you back home in Cornwall soon.

Oh my.....went out to get this one today, Jerseys one and only OC, not a million miles away from Jerseys first cache too (I think unless it was named ironically!).  A proper stank over from the supplied parking....what's that big "P" on my map about halfway along the path Embarassed no worries, because I can JOG!  So I did, most of the way, I was nearly a puddle when I got there, that's ok, I can spend 20 mins looking for it and slowly burning to a crisp!  Gave up, after turning the place over, as I was scrambling out I spotted a decent crevice, not sure if it's the same as the spoiler?  And as luck would have it there it was!  Happy and dry as the day it was placed I'll wager.  What a fab spot and really happy to manage to track it down, even better that there was a rather special pathtag held inside, one that will be very welcome in my growing collection!  It's taken all week, but at least I can say I have a 100% strike rate for something caching-realted on Jersey!  Great cache Sir, doff my cap to you, even if it nearly killed me!!  Wonder if there are any Terra....no, no I'm not even going to look Wink. Came at the cache from the opposite direction to the recommended one as was doing a Geo nearby.

Took quite a while as both my and my caching buddy Big_Bean's GPSr's were all over the shop!  When I resorted to cache sense to find it instead of GPS it eventually fell into my hands.

Cache was nice & dry and only found once before (from another site), TNLNSL

(may be back for swaps another day as some of the contents caught my eye....Cool)
