We decided to carry on from Milltown #1 to this one. Although we have walked in these woods before, we had forgotten just how peaceful they were. The birds were singing and calling and the tide was out. Went to the wrong spot at first, but saw another likely area and there the cache was! Again, all was safe and dry inside. Many thanks for placing this cache and bringing us back to this stunning area.

I wasn't going to let this rest. Returned today and as i suspected it was buried under a load off felled trees, I cleared away all that was on top of it and replaced as found TFTC

Enjoyed a shaded walk to the cache after work with Dexter the jack russell, GPS was a bit bouncy because of the trees, but i soon had the cache in hand. Took 2x pathtags and left a PDSA pin badge and a Hills pet food lanyard.

When I saw these two caches come up I was pleased to be able to visit these woods again. The bluebells weren't out yet, but when they do emerge I know the ground will be a carpet of blue. Lovely day, so great views of the river and across to St Winnow.

Swopped pathtags and then pressed on to No. 1.
