It took some rummaging to unearth this one but the hide is exactly as per the hint. What a shame these opencaches don't get many finds.

Another lovely early morning before visiting a client brought me to Berry Head to watch the sun rise over Torbay!!

Many thanks for the previous cachers for the quality replacement, which was unfortunately in view, so I’ve hidden it behind the boulder in the dense ivy at it’s base!!

Cache # 3
My wife and I were over for a week's holiday from Northern Ireland and today was our last day. We decided to spend a bit of time on Berry Head enjoying the views and getting a last long walk in before the traveling tomorrow. I had come across opencaching a good few years back, but had never had the chance to engage with it as there are no opencaches in Northern Ireland. With the system restriction of having to find three opencaches before you are allowed hide any, a plan began to form. I had previously downloaded an app that allowed for accessing caches offline, and saved the four opencaches on Berry Head onto my phone. Of the four, I found a total of three, so I was happy with the end result.
This was the final cache, and find, of the day. It was a lovely spot, with stunning views. As with the previous caches, the container was missing, so I supplied a throwdown container with signed logbook and pencil so that I could record my find. Thanks for the cache.

I don't think it's here anymore, especially behind the rock. Unless it's really hidden amongst the cherry tree. I did have a look there too.

The plaque references the Bible hymn  'Abide With Me' written by the Vicar of Brixham. His most famous hymn.

I was in the area to do some new GC caches so I thought I'd take in the new and not so new caches on Berry Head.

Took a photo of the plaque.
