Very wet log again, decided to humanely terminate it ;-)

Cache still there OK. Got a bit damp again, maybe find a better pot for it.

It's got some sigs in the log book that aren't in here.

Checked this one out, it's still there neatly and safely tucked away despite the grass having been strimmed. The log book is a bit damp so I will call in and replace it some time.

We don't think we've ever negotiated the Crooked Billet roundabout without taking the wrong exit. It's poorly signed, poorly laid out, and the way the A30 bends through the middle makes it very confusing indeed. So we weren't surprised to find ourselves, rather than being on the road to this cache, heading along the A30 towards the M25. After this unnecessary detour we managed to take the right exit on the way back but then drove past the cache and had to turn round once again.

Anyway, back to the cache. We found this in May 2010 when it was listed on Groundspeak and, as with similar caches, we visited again before allowing ourselves to log it on OCUK. It took us much less time to find and log the cache than it had taken to drive there Laughing.

Thanks for the cache.

It was fun looking for the sad face on Google maps.

Once on the spot, it's not really possible to see the face. I could find a spot where I could see what makes the mouth shape. The eyes remain a mystery. Wink

It took me quite a while to find the cache though, I was looking a couple of yards too far. Grabbed the OpenCaching tag. Thanks.

This cache was previously listed on Groundspeak, but has now been archived there. It is the same cache as before, so can be cross logged if you already found it.

I have visited, replaced the log book and stubby pencil, and left a PathTag for the first to find as an OpenCache.
