This was the only cache I was really interested in today, sadley it was not to be. The location was searched thoroughly with the exception of the mounds of earth that had been scratched out by animal activity.. I'm sure I was in the right place.. doh!!!

Over 5 years since the last find, but the cache is still there, and in perfect condition.

---(2011-11-02 15:19:00---(Find 6877)---
We found this cache in its Groundspeak form in March 2008 and, as with similar caches, we visited again before allowing ourselves to log it on OCUK. We didn't make things easy for ourselves though. First, without looking at the GPSs, we walked to a place where we knew another cache was hidden before realising that that was a different cache and this one was 150m away. Then, having followed our GPSs to the right place, we searched for several minutes before finding the well-hidden cache.

Thanks for the cache.

No, I don't think you've misunderstood - if you found it as a Groundspeak cache, you can log it here without revisiting if you wish, because it is the same cache in the same place.

Had it been in a different location I would have asked you to revisit, but to me there seems little point in going back to the same place when you already know exactly where it is Laughing .

This cache was previously listed on Groundspeak, but has now been archived there. It is the same cache as before, so can be cross logged if you already found it.

I have visited the cache, checked it is all OK, and topped up the swaps.

Upon our return to the UK, we decided to do a spot of caching and chose this one as it was on our way home from the airport

A very nice cache and a nice hide too, with lovely views. In fact, I could almost choose this spot for my A380 cache, which will require a photo of an A380 with undercarriage down on final approach!

Penguin found the cache quickly after turning right because Sharky had turned left! Many thanks for the cache.

Migrating find from geocaching.com:

Found memorial easily, but with not long left on the car park ticket we were slightly rushed to get to the cache location and back. Found while out with some friends on a wet, muddy and midge-ful afternoon. Took highlighter, left bouncy ball (to go with all the others!) TFTC
