I was searching for the cache at ground level for a while when two muggles approached. I took that moment to read the hint, and the cache was found soon after.

With so many caches recently having been listed on OpenCachingUK, I decided to take a short break in the area in my campervan. After stopping to do the Shepy series at Loughborough I made this little circuit my second port of call.

I was a little concerned about where I might be able to park the caravan, so did some Google Street View research before leaving home. The height restriction on the river user's car park ruled that out, but I was pleased to find some room on the verge very close by.

Despite a none too promising weather forecast, the sun was intermittently trying to break through as I set off.

Taking the "high road" out and the "low road" back meant this was the first one for me, and it was a quick find.

Parked at the Holgate parking area, and walked out along the top path. Luckily we'd brought the all-terrain pushchair for grandson Alfie, who slept for the whole walk.


Followed the arrow to GZ and Mrs JJB8 soon found the cache in this secluded area.
