We (wife, son & daughter-in-law) were doing the Lab Cache today, and it wasn't until later that I noticed the virtual cache. I'd taken a photo of the two plaques on the memorial when Iwas at the memorial, but without me or my phone (GPSr) in the picture, so I hope that the CO will accept my Found It log.
Until today, I had no idea that Amelia Erhardt featured so highly in Burry Port - you learn something new every day!

We were driving from Surrey to Tenby in my campervan to find some Mushroom Mike caches, and stopped off on the journey for some Church Micros and a few OpenCaches. At first we didn't understand why there was a monument here, but reading the nearby noticeboard soon set us straight Smile.

Thanks for the cache,

Rgds, Andy

Found it on the way to south Wales near Tenby. Curious as to why it was here but then it became clear. TFTC

Visiting the area we were fascinated by the story attached to this monument. We hadn't known of the significance of the part this small town played in history until now.

We were surprised no one else has posted an entry for this cache seeing how popular it was today  - we had to queue to read the information board.
