We found this cache in its Groundspeak form in June 2007 and as with all Opencaches which we've visited previously in another form we wanted to visit again to sign the log as Opencachers. That's easy with this quick cache, of course.

In fact, it turned out to be even easier than we expected as the cache was sitting in full view on top of its hiding place. The reason for this became apparent when we read the log: the cache had been found on 21st March by the countryside ranger who left a lovely log saying how pleased he was that people were enjoying this area.

We hid the cache a little better though the winter vegetation leaves it much more exposed than it was in summer 2007.

Thanks for the cache.

Logged on 25/08/2009, having found it 11 months ago as a Groundspeak cache. Is it really less than a year since I was here? So much water under the bridge (and I don't just mean Quelm Bridge Smile ).

For reasons which may be obvious when you visit, I went to the wrong side first. I wasn't the first to do this, and I'm sure I won't be the last Smile . But it's not a long way to backtrack, and once on the right side it was quickly found.

Thanks for the cache,

Rgds, Andy

Found as a gc.com cache and logging on oc.org.uk on same date.

Approached from wrong side of the river, but the cache was exposed and so made for an easier find.  TFTC

I found this just over 2 years ago as it was listed on GC.com. I still go to Bracknell often on business.
