Passing through on my way to Stirling. No luck for me here today, I THINK I found the "twin trees" but a load of tree cuttings have been dumped here, I dug around them and found an old blue bird box, but no cache. May not have been the right twin trees, of course.

I was going to look at the Craiglockhart series, but parking for a motorhome appeared to be very difficult so I reluctantly passed on those.

I don't know how many times I've driven past here and never gave the gates a second glance. ARAAHP is so much better at spotting the details than myself, clever girl. Good spot for a cache, to get the ball rolling with the first OC in Scotland. Cache easily found without GPS (the clue really helped).<br /> <br /> TFTC.<br /> Jacobite.

Interesting location. Straightforward find with hint, as Cx losing it under trees. TNLN, though I did consider leaving a geocoin, but wasn't sure if that could be done without complications.

The very first Open Cach find in Scotland, as far as I can tell! Smile Thanks for the cache.
