Just how many times I must have walked past this one over the years without realising it was even there !

I happened to take a look on here last night and realised I could search for this today as I had to come out here anyway..once at gz today I took my bag off and placed it on a rock which said 3 meters as I could see this many take awhile and I must admit it took me way longer than it should have to find this one ..I had looked in it's hide a few times but still didn't spot it ! But very glad to say our name is on the log under Eds from 5 years ago and all is very well here too looks like it was placed yesterday !! Many thanks Dave, oh noted the info too !!

I had a really good search for this over and over again.  I read all the previous logs and am sure that it will be here somewhere.  I carried on searching and eventually need to give up as the weather was becoming inclement and I was worried about fading daylight.

This one took a long time to find, with so much clitter around there were a LOT of possible hiding places! But once plucked from its hiding place, a large box in spotless condition was revealed.

Another TOP CACHE for the c/o, the second one today (visit link for details).

Thanks for another great cache,

Rgds, Andy

Wow that was tough! Four experienced Dartmoor cachers looking in multiple spots and even though one of them was the CO this didn't make things any easier. Eventually the call of 'Found it!' went up and a collective sigh of relief was breathed. The box is huge but there are several places that can accommodate it around here. TFTC

Yey! Cheered by the fact that this had been found since our DNF a year ago, we approached this cache with only some trepidation. However it was still only early afternoon, the sun and larks warming and cheering respectively, and with several hours of daylight we were confident that we would find it eventually. Found it within 5 minutes (hubby did anyway). Prodded about and that longed for sound of plastic rattle was music to our ears. A bit of a stretch and cache in hand. Bonus noted and a rest in the sun before the trek back to the car. A very successful day indeed.

They say males cannot multi-task, but I now reckon that I am proficient in the art of multi-tasking! Or, at least where caching is concerned - I can concentrate on two different listing sites in one day and not get in a muddle! Hooray! laughing

Headed over to this one from the Little Fox Tor Contours geocache and....er.... I think I may have a new method to use if I cannot get to sleep - not counting sheep, but counting the number of places this cache could be in! wink After 10 minutes searching I spotted somewhere I hadn't yet searched, and sure enough - there it was. A nice big box and...for once I remembered to note the bonus information too! Now off to have a look for the Hybrid. Thanks for the cache!

A surprisingly quick find while out on a 14-mile walk on the south moor, from Whiteworks to Hook Lake and back, on a sunny but breezy day.

Apologies for the extremely late log - making a determined effort to rectify our lax logging on Opencaches, using geocache logs from our aging Garmin and photographs from our archives if available.

TFTC.

Stopped off here on our wander around the mire. The gps was a little unsure about where to look but finally settled on an area and so the search began. Despite looking high and low we had no luck so broke for coffee. Just as we were about to search again a big group settled nearby for a break so we had to give up and move on.

Only cache today - thought we may not have been able to go over here as they were swaling at Nuns Cross Stream - thankfully the wind was blowing the other way.

Not the first piece of plastic today by any means, but the first OC for me today. I have set myself a bit of a challenge today and programmed in over 40 plastic positions so i was so pleased to find this quickly. very grateful for the dry weather so like "Cool and the Gang" i could lie down and "get down on it"! many thanks for the challenge.

A DNF on this one, our first of the day but 3 out of 4 on this particular cache. We gave it 10 minutes, can't afford longer or we won't get round our route.

Thanks. Mr W found this one despite the clitter.  Perhaps the CO will think differently about clitter when  he has a physical impediment,  but never mind we got it. This was the start to a very nice day, although the final bit spoilt it.

Clitter again, so many places it could have been. Spent a good half an hour - good job we did not start with this one this morning! A hint or spoiler would be helpful in this instance !
