Well I never! This popped up on c:geo and I remembered a cache being here before.
A short walk and the view opens out. Amazing! The cache took a bit of searching but it hasn't been found since 2018 and I considered it might have gone or be buried! Another poke around brought the lid into view and I took the log to sign onto the seat to enjoy the sun and the view.
Im only the fifth to find in five years-goodness! All dry but the paper clip had rusted. Thanks for setting in such a lovely spot.

Last day of my trip this time, the weather has really been against me, with just one decent afternoon. (Not this one).
so my caching activities were reduced to cherrypicking DT caches, old caches and Opencaches. The long trails can wait until I'm back in the area next year.
this one quickly found at good coords, I like the idea of a tether. Something I'll have to start doing myself.

We were in the area today picking up something my wife had bought.. the cache was quickly found and the view point taken in. We then spent ages walking around the area looking at the designer type grand houses.. now off to sandbanks to have a look around..tftc

It's been a long time since I was last here and it is was nice to return today, i soon found the footpath at the end of the lane and walked along to enjoy the great views on a windy day, before finding the neatly hidden cache!!!

First to Find. but unfortunately not at sunset, when I should think the views would be spectacular. Even though it was very murky this afternoon, the views were great and no photo I took did it justice.
No problems finding the cache and after tucking it back in its hiding place I took in the scenery for a while before making my way back to the car.
Another spot I haven't visited before, so thanks DizzyPair and TFTC.
