Walked here after finding the nearby "Kinkering Congs" cache. Managed to get the webcam live stream on youtube on my phone and took a screenshot. I'm the figure in black with the backpack on the top of the curved steps.

Nice to have another webcam cache in Oxford, especially as the cameras for my nearby St Giles cache appear to be down at the moment.
