A very wet walk from the east, the pool seems to be about 2 miles across now!!! But very pleased to find this one as it was one of the main targets for the day.
Went across and stamped the letterbox OK, then tried to find the Groundspeak cache here, in which we were singularly unsuccessful!
Late in the day now, so from here we headed straight north to the Ockerton Peat pass caches, instead of our original itinerary to the west.
An Amberel TOP CACHE http://www.amberel.com/topcache.htm , a good size box, clean and dry, well stocked and in an iconic location, it ticks all the boxes 
. And spent one of my precious recommendation points on this one too 
.
