Visiting Oxford for a spot of caching, unfortunately no more webcams to find in the UK on the other platform for me but gladly on OC they can still be created as well as virtuals.
Oxford is in the mist of a carnival with major streets closed and many rides, games and food outlets spread through the street. Still managed to single myself out in the webcam picture added one with myself circled.
