This series of caches have been placed around Belstone Tors. The Belstone area is very popular with letterboxers it has various points of interest, Irishman’s Wall, Nine Maidens, The Belstone Bell, and many abandoned millstones, and even a granite roller. This cache has no pen/pencil, please do not leave anything in the cache. The remains of Irishman’s wall is all that is left of an attempt to enclose the area against the wishes of the local farmers, who destroyed the wall when it was nearly finished, the wall can be seen from the River Taw on one side of Belstone to the River Okemant on the other.
