St. Ann's Hill is a pleasant woodland area near Chertsey, with a great variety of deciduous and evergreen trees. There are many paths through the trees, and some nice views, though regrettably the noise from the nearby M3 and M25 motorways is ever present.
It's called "the easy one" because when it was set, it was one of a pair - and the other one was VERY difficult . That one is no more, but there are now two more multicaches in the vicinity.
This one really is very, very easy to find .
