To use the webcam on mobile devices, choose the JPEG option in the drop down above the image to change the streaming method, tested on iPhone SE, Thanks to Amberel for the update in his log that this was now available.
This webcam can be viewed and also controlled from the following url:
http://www.visitsidmouth.co.uk/about-sidmouth/webcam-esplanade
If not already selected by default you will need to select 'Sidmouth Esplanade - Left' from the 'view' drop down list.
The listed co-ordinates take you to the zebra crossing on the Esplanade, crossing here will take you into Sidmouth town centre.
Your task is to upload an image of yourself at the listed co-ordinates captured by the webcam, only images captured by the webcam will be allowed, no photos taken by camera/smartphone of you at the co-ordinates please.
The webcam offers a live feed so if possible please make yourself obvious in the image, by waving, standing on wall etc...
You may be able to get a decent mobile internet signal here and capture yourself via smart phone, although you can also Phone a Friend (PAF) to capture the image for you if you are struggling.
