The second awesome cache on Bryher on the last full day of our holiday. Hard to stay on our feet in a ferocious wind, but a spectacular location overlooking Hell Bat. Another TOP CACHE, visit http://www.amberel.com/topcache.htm for details.

Thanks for the cache,

Rgds, Andy

Woo hoo. Last full day here on the Isles of Scilly. Really didn’t think we’d get across to Bryher, so happy days. Arrived at gz for a quick find. Found, signed & replaced. TFTC SL Wesleyken.

I recall finding the original cache when we first came to the Scillies thirteen years ago. It didn't take long to find the new one, but I don't think that it is quite where the original one was. Never mind, it was good to find the new one, which didn't take long.

The last day of our holiday and I was on Bryher with Mrs P.

We walked here first.  Hell Bay was relatively calm today and the skies were sunny.  I've seen it a lot wilder than this!

The cache we fairly easy to find and there were great views from GZ.

TFTC.

Headed over to Bryher today for a spot of cache maintenance, wave watching and also to pick up this one. Had a flat calm journey up with Ozzy on the "Meridian" and so it was a surprise to see an enormous swell this side of the island. After half an hour watching the waves I headed up to find the cache. Soon found, the log was looking quite tattered and a little damp so I have added a new waterproof one as well. TFTC.

I think that some logs may have disappeared during the opencaching service interruption.

In July we switched the container for a larger one and dropped off a geokrety (at least that's what I remember).  Unfortunately, I don't have the code and couldn't log the geokrety.  Also, I managed to misplace the dried out original log book for the ancient Groundspeak cache.  I've now found it and will drop off next summer if possible.

Slightly cheeky FTF! Was heading back for the original Hell Bay cache which we found a year ago but failed to log on geocaching.com, and found we were the first to the replacement. Thanks so much to pljg for keeping this fantastic cache alive.
