Found at 12.30 whilst out for my lunchtime stroll from my work on the same estate.  Have been this way many times trying to bag soldierblues TB on his car but never ventured into the car park. 

Should of had an FTF earlier in the week but played by the rules as it was out of hours.

Waved and moved on, very similar to our own ICU !
