This has been on my list for a long time, just waiting until I had a customer visit in London that finished early enough for me to do the cache. I came prepared a couple of months ago, but the weather was freezing cold and pouring with rain so I didn't bother. Today there was a cold breeze, but it was quite pleasant while in the sunshine and a very different proposition to February.
I parked the scooter near the Guildhall and walked round the first four locations. No problems except for St. Clements, where my Oregon was playing silly cachers in the urban canyon and I took much longer than I should have done.
A short ride up to Shoreditch and then I had just one more number to find. Rather oddly, the ride from Shoreditch to Stepney was by far the worst for traffic, it was completely stationary and difficult to get through even on the bike. But once there, it was probably the nicest location.
I'm well known for my general dislike of virtuals, but this one really was the exception to the rule. It's a great cache, the only virtual I've ever rated "excellent" and certainly the only one to which I have allocated a recommendation.
