I'm afraid I'm quite the wrong person to appreciate this particular type of art work, if indeed it can be called art at all. It is not attractive, nor is it thought provoking, nor does it perform any useful function. It brings us to the question of "what is art". If things like this are art, then everything is art, and if everything is art then nothing is art.
