After a morning spent on the hills from the east side (and finding only 1 of the 5 caches we looked for) we relocated to the west for this one. In view of our earlier struggles we were pleased to find this one easily - in the 13 months since it was last found the wildlife had uncovered it.
Unfortunately it hasn't weathered well, the log was a bit damp and the pencils were a bit fluffy! As we were planning only a short walk in the afternoon I had left my rucksack in the campervan and so had nothing to maintain it with, sorry. For the same reason (i.e. swaps were in the rucksack too) I had to leave the little duck in the cache :-)
With great difficulty I squeezed the numerous little bits and pieces into the tiny pot, and covered it with a good size stone this time, hopefully that won't get moved.
