Resuscitated after 9 years. (My personal record)
Very enjoyable walk in. As noted in the red moss ramble cache I happened upon much wildlife of the animal variety but I didn't mention all the beautiful flora. From the mosses, the magnificent bull rushes and the young birch trees it's really a rich area.
The previous loggers mentioned that this is the result of a 'failed' GS EC. .. I think the current rules allow a much broader type of earth science lesson than just rocks these days. So maybe worth resubmitting.
(The 100th EC I did was on the subject of mossy bog land) (I'll dig out the gc number if the CO chooses to ask me)
Dipping my current inventory of geokrets (about 35 of them) for mileage. ☺
