In London today and I had made a note of the opening times - and luckily my itinerary coincided with the 11:00 opening :-) It's unfortunate that the sun was directly behind the bridge, but it is what it is ;-)
My 499th OpenCache find, though for some reason the site is only showing it as the 493rd - that needs investigating ;-)
