After finding Heaven n Hell I so needed to do this one.
At part 3 was where the fun started for this cache and all I'm going to say is "OMG" You will have to be very brave or foolish like me 
.
Once found got to the next stage and found after a few minutes by my non caching friend and onto the final which as I'd found it before did'nt take to long
