"I disapprove of what you say, but I will defend to the death your right to say it." This paraphrases my opinion of virtual caches, though "to the death" may be a bit too strong Surprised.

I don't really like them very much for myself, but I'm pleased that OpenCaching is flexible enough to accomodate them. And I found this one (and two other virtuals) today really just in support of OpenCaching.

For quite some time I thought I would have to DNF it. There were 2 cars parked in the parking area, obscuring parts of the walls and making me nervous about hanging round for too long in very close proximity to them. And one of the 3 walls was partly covered in a large "For Sale" notice - pessimistically I thought it likely that it was covering the required date.

Then I found some badly carved dates that were difficult to make out and gave ambiguous results. I didn't know if these were the required ones or not - the cache page says "clearly carved", but who knows what aother's opinion of "clearly" might be?

But then I found the right one, and yes, it was clear Smile.

Thanks for the cache,

Rgds, Andy
