Description EN

The Parade Gardens are situated by the River Avon, overlooking Pultney bridge and the weir.

The gardens are a splendid palce to visit all the year round; and in summer that are especially lovely; which explains why the Parade Gardens have so many awards from Britain in Bloom.

The Parade Grounds are free to enter, in winter, but a in the summer months a small charge is made to visitors. Entrance is free to Bath residents.

The gardens feature a number of exquisite pieces of sculpture including King Bladud, The Young Mozart and Newbury Abbot Trent's 'The Angel of Peace'. The co-ordinates are for the base of the statue; located at the foot of the steps in the North West Corner.

To claim the cache you will need to do the following:

1. locate the plaque at the base of the plinth and answer the following question. “The statue is dedicated to Edward the …. ?” Enter this word into the 'Password' box in CAPITAL letters.

 2. Post a photo of yourself, or your GPSr, standing next to the statue of King Bladud and his attendant pig. Finding the two statue swill prove half the fun.
